Very powerful big ideas; I like it. Leverage other resources, build a 
support system. The result ---> new businesses thrive as they help 
bring the idea along. This is as you would find in any successful 
project. There's PR, membership (whatever that means), real estate, 
marketing, research, finance, legal, ....

Would it work? Would it work any other way?

Right, I don't know that we need a location just now. But chooosing 
the location is a fun part of the conversation and helps to bring 
ideas out. Hmmm, could a Univerisity town be interested in this?
