gus and i spoke with richard register a few months ago and he mentioned that he had met with Jerry Brown on numerous occasions, but wasn't getting any support from him to do an eco-city project on any of the sites. joel- what physical size do you estimate the site would need to be for a population of 12,000 if located near an existing urban area? david --- "J.H.
