Welcome. Can you tell us more about that database? Did you actually 
cross-check it with the membership of this group. This group is just 
getting going, there aren't that many people on it, and even fewer 
who are active. 

Also, I'd like to hear more about the town in southern Vancouver 
Island. Which one? What were the issues? We could learn from your 
experience....

And which town are you in. It sounds great!
