Your Gondola project for town lake is awesome!!

Regarding your other question, I could say something,
but it is clear we need more people on this list.

One thing I'd like to do is see if I (or someone) can get the website
http://carfreecity.us
(the real form is up and working by the way-- thanks for your
feedback-your suggestions were implemented!)
and this mailing list mentioned on slashdot & perhaps other places.

But in preparation for that, the website should be mirrored
(I can do that if no one else does on some free webspace at worldzone)

we should also add this list to
http://gmane.org/

this will provide a better archive for the list, while still allowing
email addresses to be protected and preventing spam.

It will also be more convenient for some people to read, if the volume
ever gets significant.


If no one beats me too it, I expect to get around to this within a month,
I hope.



I'm also working on another project (http://carfreeuniverse.org) which
would be nice to have functional by the time CFC is mirrored, so I
could publicise both at the same time.

(though I won't mirror that one--)

Of course if David or whoever has other Ideas, I by no means have my heart
set on all that I mentioned here! -- they're just ideas.
