be collaborating with religious groups. (In fact, I have
thought of starting "Monastery at CarfreeCity"...)

The car-free city would save many lives. Conversely the conventional
modern city kills many people by faulty design. Is this what Jesus would
build? "Thou shalt not kill". All you have to do is ask the thousands of
Christian colleges and universities which exist worldwide and they will
eagerly come forward to shine that light rather than keep it hid under a
bushel. The light of a "City of Light" which will save many lives and make
many people much more happy and healthy...unless of course they have no
light to shine.
