By coincidence, a Filipino friend posted this to Facebook today (well, tomorrow, taking into account the International Date Line!): http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/programmes/fast_track/9575962.stm I wonder how this will turn out especially given the top-down "project" approach and the basic aim being to build up an economic/tourist attraction rather than a functional community...
