=v= Good old Grynbaum, his "flow with automobile traffic" part
is really wishful, I'm afraid. Sleeker and nimbler traffic jams
are far more likely when cars are on your route.
=v= Brooklyn and Queens used to have dedicated rail lines for
streetcars, and that would be exactly the right way to go again.
