Carfree Times #44

Hi All,

Carfree Times is very late and shorter than usual:

My parents were involved in a bad car crash in early October and the  
aftermath has occupied me ever since and continues to do so. Not  
coincidentally, the subject of road safety is taken up in a Feature  
Article in this issue.

Carfree Times #45 is expected in February 2007 but might be delayed.
