Indeed.  I've lectured twice at the Bangladesh University of Engineering 
and Technology (BUET), on "livable" (read carfree") cities, and WBB and 
HealthBridge co-sponsored a contest to get BUET undergraduate students to 
design a small carfree city for about 30,000 inhabitants.  The students had 
lots of questions and some of the professors were horrified, but other 
profs have come on board, and the students put a lot of creativity into the 
design.  We'll be exhibiting their models and pictures to a wider audience 
to help stimulate debate about what cities COULD be like, since, as 
mentioned, people don't seem to get the concept without visuals.
So it seems as if we should be approaching universities and offering our 
services...I don't know how easy that would be, but if it can happen in the 
US, it can happen anywhere (wink)!
