Marcy, The first few seconds of the video show that indeed there is a huge, flashing warning sign. These automatic bollards are useful but are made to let certain vehicles IN, from fire trucks to buses to delivery trucks to whoever has a cosy relationship with the mayor. And people can try to sneak through which can block the entrance, and so on. If we want an effective and holistic way to block cars, or rather, automobilisation, what we need are mental bollards. *** This subject is not really about process, Network content or an announcement of some sort so I think it would moved offlist or elsewhere.
