Re: Bicycle Registration - does it exist anywhere?

Hi,

Before we get a new discussion on this issue, it would be best to ask:
a) If pedestrians paid a registration fee to walk, would they not be  
collision victims of drivers?
Our taxes pay for roads for ALL, therefore registration fees are not  
the solution for cyclists, anymore than they would be for pedestrians.

I have not come across any registration requirement in any country.
