Re: Carbusters - Journal of the Carfree Movement?

The name "Carbusters" is a well-recognized mark and a symbol of the  
grassroots origins of this movement.  "Journal of the Carfree  
Movement," as an appended parenthetical or subtitle, gives the  
publication a well-deserved air of the academe and connects it with  
the now broader social, economic, and political culture that it  
inspired.

So, in short, go with both!
