I was not talking about teleconference (i.e. realtime videos exchanged
among different sites), but about a webcast (i.e. realtime video of a
single site transmitted over the web, in a unidirectional point to
multipoint connection).

A recent and famous example is the Digital Concert Hall
http://dch.berliner-philharmoniker.de/
through which the Berliner Philarmoniker webcast their live concerts.

If this is considered of interest I could provide more infrmation on
how to set up something similar.
