Dear All,

Thanks for your inputs so far on the Strategic Plan and the selection of 
Steering Committee members. Keep your comments coming!

Today we start a new discussion, this time on the statutes - not very 
sexy perhaps, but important nevertheless.

Check it out and make sure that the changes proposed by SC accord with 
your idea of a network that you want to be part of.
