searching for particular ped cartoon

Hello,

Can anyone recall the following cartoon: It is of an older man standing
beside an extremely busy road, he wants to cross, thousands of cars passing
by, he is obviously not that fast. the caption reads "Run like hell!"

i'm not sure if this is an andy singer cartoon, i feel like it might have
been in a carbusters issue, but can't remember which one, and i can't find
it anywhere. i'll be super grateful for anyone who can help with this!
