REMINDER: Hosting proposals for TCC X Conference in 2011 - DEADLINE 31 March

31 March 2010 - Hosting proposals for TCC X Conference in 2011

Your Town - TCC X in 2011

If you are interested in hosting the 2011 conference, please consult our 
Conference Organising Manual and hosting agreement template. Queries may 
be sent to us at info-eIl3k1piWmly0T758RiaJuG/[email protected]

The procedure for applying to host the conference is simple. We request 
that a 2-4 page Towards Carfree Cities X hosting proposal be sent to the 
carfree_network discussion list* by 31 March 2010, with details of:
a. who you are; the organisation(s) you are with
b. the resources, skills and time at your disposal (fundraising, 
programme work, outreach, etc.)
c. which groups would be partners; other useful contacts you have
d. why the conference should be held in your city
e. what you would like to occur at the conference (overall theme, aims 
and any programme details).

World Carfree Network's Steering Committee will then discuss the 
proposals, ask further questions as necessary and make a final decision 
by 30 April 2010.

Discussion during this time will also occur on the carfree_network 
discussion list.*
