article on cost externalities of gas in Newsweek

I recently read the following in a copy of newsweek I had in my hands:

This seems to be a quite sincere approach towards the true cost of gas,
something that I wouldn't have expected from a place like Newsweek. How
often does mainstream media print articles calling for a raise in gas
prices? For those in the US, Ezra Klein might be a name (blogger) to watch.
Scant research suggests that he also writes for the Washington Post.

I think I'll write Newsweek to congratulate them. Of course, the obvious
next step - not even taking your car to the pump - was not spelled out.
Although I can now picture the day when Newsweek publishes an article
critical of driving in the first place.
