Letter of Ecotopia 2003 participants

Dear participants Ecotopia-2003!
I'm Evgeniy from "The Voice of Nature" NGO, Ukraine. 29 of August at the Morning circle I have suggested to Ecotopia participants to appeal to the main sponsor of music festival (mineral water "Jacob's spring") with the gratitude for the support and with the request to use the glass instead of plastic package, and offer them to recycle produced plastic package.
In Ukraine the plastic package compose the 20-25% from the whole volume of garbage. The most of factories in Ukraine get to produce plastic package instead of glass, but there are no factories in Ukraine which are gather and recycle their produced plastic (although they must do it according to legislation). 
The idea of applying to the sponsor has been support by Morning circle participants. I think that collective letter of Ecotopia participants is a good example when the different countries environmentalists help each other to decide the local environmental problems. This collective letter may be one of Ecotopia 2003 results. 
I propose to discuss this letter during the 7 days. Waiting for your

Dear sir!

Our organization … is the participant of international environmental camp Ecotopia-2003 which has taken place at Shesory, Kosiv region, Zakarpatska oblast.
Thank you very much for the finance support of the music festival, which allow to acquaint the Ecotopia participants with Ukrainian ethnical music. 
We are sure that mineral water produced at your factory is very healthy, but we are worry about pacing this water in plastic bottles.
The Ukrainian low "About the waste" (part 3, article 17) says that manufacturer must take the direct participation in the process of gathering and utilization of their waste.  
We ask you:
"       to consider the possibility of pour the water in  glass bottles, that allows to set down the system of reusing of bottles;
"       if it's not possible, to organize the system of gathering and recycling of plastic package produced at your factory;
"       to put our letter on your web-site.
These measures allow  
"       to improve the environmental situation in Ukraine;
"       to stabilize economical situation of your factory;
"       to develop the market of reusing products.

Please, let us know about the results of this appealing in a 15 days.
