thank you for all your input, do not be distressed, this is all part of the 
transformation you are part of.  use all this to your advantage. i do not 
know enough about the situation to help out, but i do hope you all have 
dayly meetings in the morning or evening or both in wich you meditate 
together or sing songs together or do whatever creates a good group energy 
before you set out for the dayor night.  give eachother space, use a talking 
stick or symbolic object to take and hold whenever someone is expressing 
themselves, whilst the others listen. or let the object go around and let 
people say or do their thing (without taking too much time).
it is a big operation that you are part of and to have it all work without 
problems would be a miracle. we are all learning and growing and personally 
i am very impressed with what you all are pulling of. the world that we try 
to change is what it is largely because we don't know how to deal with 
situations like this in a non egoistic way, so right here, right now you can 
make a difference. take the oppertunity to do so.
i have been following ecotopia mail and i notice that slowly people are 
getting more and more frustrated. i seems that everybody in the group is 
doing their utmost best in their own way, so to improve on communication     
seems the most important.
