sure we can! ;)
we can start discussing the issue on ecotopia, find out what skills are
needed and why => in Pula we can offer some knowledge and experience from
our network(s). also, here in Pula, we squatted a place, gathered some
equipment and now we have a cool hackerz lab (free internet access,
linux/free software workshops, mediatheque, free for everyone...) and it's
in the same building where winter meeting will be held (hacklab's web site:
www.fazan.org)!
