Re: Fwd: February Ferments!

This may have been mentioned but Bill Mollison's "Ferment and Human 
Nutrition" is an incredible compendium of ferment recipes from around 
the world.  I tried a bunch of them in Thailand as we went from village 
to village sampling various ferments like fermented bamboo shoots and of 
course soy sauce ( the only way soy ever passes my lips).
