Hitchens conversion complete

While no fan of Alterman *per se*, I do like his recent compilation of
chickenhawk quotes:

I was especially struck by the Hitchens quote:

I really thought his "Afghanistan is the first country bombed *out* of the
Stone Age" was the Hitchy-nadir, but I was wrong.
