<color><param>0100,0100,0100</param>What a document that constitution!

It has allowed a loser of the popular vote to "legitimately" claim the
presidency--again.

The whole Florida thing has allowed everyone to lose sight of a very simple
fact. George W. Bush's only claim to the presidency rests on a constitution
that is UNDEMOCRATIC. I saw a local labor cable access show the other
day that featured an interview with Jim Hightower. He quite accurately
pointed out that the documents that we like pretend form the nation have no
inherent power or value. Instead, it is agitators and the activists that have
forced the United States to adopt principles of fairness and representation,
or even, I suppose, "equal protection." Often in spite of said documents'
"wisdom of the founding fathers."

The fucking shell game is over. Note how Democratic Party flacks are now
calling for restraint and compromise. Back to business as usual--the
system has worked.

Buried by Republicans! Follow the directions, period! A Gore supporter who
isn't mindless! Sore Loserman!

Shit-fire. You guys are killin' me. Time for a constitutional convention--IN
THE STREETS. Yee Haw!
