Back from vacation, full steam ahead!

Three quickies:
	Editors:
Yes, of course, always. As you said. The job is threefold, 1) technical
(build the puter tools), 2) intellectial (build/hone the analysis tools) 3)
social (organize)

	IMC coord:
I took a peek at the Strawman's Revenge and that seems like one
aspect/venue of what we want to do. AFAICT, they're just publishing
analysis articles. That's fine, but a bit limited...I want more than just a
series of articles (though articles could be useful results).
Indeed, I can see different layers, with articles at the top (for
end-readers).

	Memes:
I hate the word too :) But people sorta know what it means. "Trope" might
do, even though it's probably less accurate (though I suspect that many of
these "factual" (if erroneous) claims are *in fact* non-literal,
"humanitarian crises" comes to mind :)).
Re: drift, I don't think semantic drift is *that* much of a problem --
especially given how tiresomely repetitive the corpo media is!
I did a sample analysis of some slimy Genoa pieces (Kendall: what happened
to the back issues of the chimp?!) and Kendall did an article along these
lines about Seattle.
Clearly we can't know how well it'll work until we try it.

Cheers,
Bijan.
