Hi, my name is Kendall Clark. I live in Dallas and am a member of
the Monkeyfist Collective, which is a dissident media affinity group, 
with folks spread all over the country. We have members
throughout the South, Canada, and so on.

You and I haven't met but I took some photos of the Fortune 500 protests 
in Austin last October. I heard you rally the troops in the street on 
that Friday, right in front of the hotel, and you did well. I think I
also heard you speak at UTD at some point, but I can't remember
the event.

At any rate, one of the things that Monkeyfist.com publishes about
regularly is race, racism, raced privilege. We decided recently to
start a new site, a kind of one-stop spot for material and resources
about racism, particularly White privilege.

Some of the stuff we're pointing to includes a few of your essays. So,
first, I wanted to thank you for making good stuff available on the
Web. Second, I wanted to extend an invitation to you to look at
http://whiteprivilege.com and send us comments or ideas you might have
for ways we could improve it. We'd be thrilled to point to other
essays you might have written, stuff by others you can commend, and,
speaking as editor of Monkeyfist.com, I'd love to interview you for
either site.

A good number of us will be in DC at the end of September for the
IMF/WB protests. If you're planning to be there, maybe we could hook
up and chat a bit about using WhitePrivilege.com as a tool in 
antiracist struggle?
