I'm unsure who you mean to address here. Who is the "you" that you
claim bombed the U.S., and why are you sending this to Monkeyfist?

Should we interpret your message as a threat to us? If so, please
elaborate. I'd be interested to learn what precisely we've done or
said that leads you to make this threat.

If it's not a threat, please help me understand what you're trying
to say.
