Can anyone confirm that this is indeed a passage attributed to The Prophet 
(I assume, Mohammed) ?  And maybe offer some context, if there is any?

 From what I know of Islam (admittedly novice), this doesn't sound 
right.  Perhaps it's a very bad translation to English in order to fit 
certain purposes?
