Maybe, but I'm unsure what. You have to start from the obsession with
Clinton's sex and/or marital life (even before Monica, and even aside from
his extra-maritals) and the varioius sexualizations of Hillary Rodham
Clinton.

*Then* look at the report. Try to apply similar or analogous
transformations. Or inverted ones.

Or don't. :) But that would be the starting place.
