I'm not saying the politicians I named advocate that; but they do
support those who do. As I said, I consider any white separatist
to be, as a matter of logic (I think), a white segregationist. I
may have overreached by saying 'legal' segregation, though I've 
heard Southern heritage groups on C-Span advocate for that, I 
haven't found much on the Web directly on point.

It's hard to see groups and persons who advocate repeal of civil
rights legislation and reinstatement of strong state's rights as
anything but neo-segregationist; after all, what ended Jim Crow
formally if not that civil rights legislation? As far as that
goes, one of Rehnquist's chief contributions has been to re-
invigorate states' rights supporters.

I won't list all the reams of "crass" white power, white supremacist,
white separatist sites and materials. They are legion of course.
