But 'conflict of civs' is not a neutral phrase; it means something in the
present climate very specific, namely, Huntington's thesis.  And that thesis
is different than what you mean by the phrase. So if I were you I'd call
your thesis by some other term, to avoid this kind of confusion.

"We should depose all right-wing governments" is too vague for me to agree
or disagree with.
