A Life <em>and</em> Death Struggle in Genoa

According to your article, you wrote that Giulianin
was "the one armed only with that very lethal roll of
packing tape;". However, photos shot just prior to his
shooting show that he was also armed with a heavy
metal cylinder that he was preparing to throw overhead
with 2 hands (http://www.carlo-giuliani.com/2.jpg). 
Of course, if he would have thrown this at the police,
he could have easily broken bones or killed the
police.  
The police was definitely entitled to protect life and
limb.
I understand your sympathy with those resisting
globalization, but this kid was armed with more than
packing tape.
