Incase anyone wants to look for it on findlaw, lexis, etc., the Nixon case
cite is: 506 U.S. 224 (1993).

No dissents, if I recall, but Justice "Whizzer" White's concurrence
expresses some disagreement with the rationale the Court used, though
agreeing with the decision.
