Hello Mr. Clark, I had a question about your article in the Monkeyfist Collective entitled, "Whose Equal Protection?" (http://monkeyfist.com/articles/725). There's a provocative quote in it that goes: "In the long run it is the majority who will determine what the constitutional rights of the minority are. I realize that it is an unpopular and unhumanitarian position, for which I have been excoriated by liberal colleagues, but I think Plessy v. Ferguson the legal foundation for mandatory racial segregation was right and should be re-affirmed. -- William Rehnquist What's the source for this quote? I've tried finding it on a server that archives Supreme Court decisions, but couldn't find it. Thanks for your help!
