Chavez Says Opposition Still Plans Violent Destabilization of Venezuela Monday, Aug 02, 2004 By: Robin Nieto - Venezuelanalysis.com Caracas, August 2, 2004--Yesterday, during his weekly television program Aló Presidente, President Hugo Chavez accused the opposition of trying to stop the progress of the presidential recall referendum with a "Plan B" that is meant to generate violence in the days before the referendum, as well on August 15, and to not acknowledge the results of the referendum.
