[L-I] Former Russian PM: No to violation of International Law at The Hague

            I have learned that the Hague International Tribunal for the
former Yugoslavia deprived former President of Yugoslavia Slobodan Milose=
vic
of his right to defend himself in person and imposed on him counsels agai=
nst
his will.

            In my opinion, that is a direct violation of word and spirit =
of
the International Law. In the emerged circumstances, I am forced to renou=
nce
my decision to testify as a defense witness. As before, I am ready to tak=
e
part in the process, but only in the case that Mr. Slobodan Milosevic get=
s
back his undisputable right to conduct his defense in person.
