If the weather around here, Eastern Idaho, is wild and flukey -- with high winds, snow showers, sudden temp drops -- it's probably much worse in some other settings. Anyone who doubts global warming/climate change should spend a few days atop some of the high hills and small mountains that overlook our home. For entirely different reasons, the "new experience" -- Yahoo's term for its new incarnation -- has been problematic and challenging. I was informed yesterday that my mail was bouncing -- even though a check of my membership data involved no such thing. So, initially, I missed a day or two of messages. After 40 minutes of fiddling around with things, I was able to fix that problem of mine -- and also able to read those missives which I'd missed. Not too bad for someone who is still in junior high when it comes to computer tech. Why Yahoo chose to change its format and innards arrangements is, frankly, hard to determine. The only positive thing I have noted, and it's been recent, is that Yahoo is trying to move quickly and remedially on sprouting glitches. If anyone on our discussion lists is having Yahoo problems, write me both on the list itself and to my e-address. I'll do the best I can as quickly as possible. In an entirely different context, here is a photo of grandchildren 9, 10, and 11. Aidan on the left, Finley on the right. And Liam, very soon after he was born just a few months ago. These, of course, via Josie/Cameron. In October, Thomas and Mimie are having their first child -- a girl, already named Willow. Lots of ethnicities in that welcome little entity. We welcome children in our family and consistently ensure that they're always in secure and happy environments. We also see our animal companions (and the turtle) as full family members.
