I think the large middle class with its veneration of education is profound=
ly disillusioned. However the movement lost its peak stride the moment the =
reforms (including a substitution of education minister by another vicious =
BJP figure) were accepted. It will be uphill to rebuild, I think. It will h=
appen but all hinges on how effectively an on-going apparatus can be built.
