Alan is nearly right. I had made note of the provision for expelling members of democratic-centralist groups in the last year or two; it survived well past the Harrington era. But like Alan, I do not find it on their website now. There are mentions on non-DSA websites that it was repealed.
But the repeal process has been messy:

• The Youth Section still has the provision. The screen capture I post below is from

• The provision remains in the New York City chapter, and maybe other chapters.
