I think (but of course I could be wrong) that the "anti-fascist" wing of
the ruling class will help STATE GOVERNMENTS with the assistance of the
lower Courts resist Trump's efforts to interfere with the year's
elections.  And Trump's incompetence will not miraculously "improve" the
economy.

If the DEMS win even just the House they can stop a lot of what TRUMP is
trying to do --- if they win the Senate, no more Trump judges .... and the
Supreme Court will start backing away from protecting Trump just like the
Court did in the middle of the New Deal ("a switch in time, saved nine!"
--- when they upheld Social Security).

THE REAL QUESTION WILL BE HOW MUCH RESISTANCE the Democratic majority (ies)
will mount between 2027 and 2928 ----- because the Trumpists will not just
go away.

That is where the DSA and other left wing groups and the progressive wing
of the Democratic Party need to have a relatively coherent set of programs
--- and that is where the nature of the differences may make that difficult
if not impossible.

AGAIN -- tremendous uncertainties all around .... one constant --- in any
way possible everyone (every organization) has to be in resistance mode.

The LAST THING I want to hear if the DEMS win a majority of the House is
the "speaker to be" offering to "work with" the ADministration -- that
would be a total betrayal!
