Wikipedia in deutsch deleted an article about Selbstentfaltung already
back in 2006.

the reason is it referred the term to Rudi Zimmermann only

(this is really too general and as ontological as Maslov and Goldstein.
Selbstentfaltung is a rather historical concept, it requires historical
circumstances related to individual freedom)
