Supreme Court rules in Grokster, Brand X cases [ip]

The U.S. Supreme Court has unanimously rejected Grokster and
Streamcast's arguments and sided with the entertainment industry:

The court also ruled 6-3 in the Brand X case in favor of cable companies:
