This is an unclassified document, which Bob Woodward has revealed is  a "secret weapon" against the "global war on terror." It is my understanding that this has the capability of being used against anyone, anywhere. I have strong indications that this has already been used against political targets in the U.S.  I am requesting the assistance of those who are more scientifically knowledgeable than I to contact me, off-list if you wish, to help me in my research on this weapons system, which could be used against any of us, at any time.  I believe that with your help, I may be able to prove beyond reasonable doubt that this has been deployed against citizens of the U.S., in country, and may be deployed again, against others.
 
I have already been researching the "ambient energy harvesting" mentioned in this briefing, but need some assistance in translating some of this into terms that I can grapple with.
