Daniel  Beekman reports: Mark Gjonaj will be the winner of today's Assembly 
primary  against Naomi Rivera, according to a Bronx party insider, with the 
challenger up  1915 votes to 1789 and 96% in, plus more than 200 absentee  
ballots.
