Before a large audience of Blackboard users, executives, and researchers, Dr. Feeney detailed the innovation diffusion of Blackboard for each college at Temple, and the statistically significant leadership of Fox School of Business. Afterward, Blackboard executives began discussions with David Feeney and John DeAngelo toward collaborative research of online course quantity and quality. This "Manhattan Project of eLearning" would aggregate rate of adoption and elearning data from more than 35,000 courses at the Blackboard.com portalsite, while exploiting new learning-measurement technologies of the emerging Blackboard 6.0 enterprise system at Temple University.
