I understand that.  Part of my series of replies was to get people's
attention that it was a hoax.  Even so, Behav-An was hit with
2 further repostings of the complete hoax with additional people signing
their names!

So, Peter felt that supporting NPR is a worthy endeavour?  There
are many worthy endeavours, Joe. How many of these worthy
endeavours should Behav-An become a platform for, for urging
support?  Moreover, what's one person's worthy endeavour might
not be someone else's worthy endeavour.

For instance, someone might believe that people should support
Lyndon LaRouche's organization.  LaRouche is a perennial Democratic
Party candidate (e.g., see www.larouchein2004.com). LaRouche
presents himself as socially conscious and caring.  His literature
is all in support of oppressed peoples, though he believes that
the oppressors reside in the personage of the Queen of England.
Now then, should Behav-An become a place where someone who
sincerely believes* that support of LaRouche's organization expresses
social caring sends their messages? If Behav-An is good for NPR
isn't it good for Lyndon LaRouche?

Oh, the hell with it. I'll stay away from Behav-An, and will not support
it.

I'm fighting a losing battle against ideologues in this corrupt Age of
Beamtenherrshcaft.

his literature does make for fascinating reading and quite a contrast
from the controlled media!
