"...Three faculty committees, all of which agreed he was at fault... produced 1,200 pages of testimony from witnesses" determining Marty Eisen had been "negligent and incompetent in the classroom." Mr. Eisen has filed suit in federal district court against Temple University for "violating his rights to free speech and due process".
