Kam pershtypjen se nje pergjigje me te qarte per ceshtjen e kompabilitetit te shqiptareve me demokracine na e ka dhene Ukshin Hoti ne vepren e tij "Filozofia politike e ceshtjes shqiptare", te botuar ne 1995, me nje leter me te keqe se ajo e gazetave te kohes. Ai aty shtjellon konceptin e Demokracise Autentike. Sipas tij, cdo komb duhet te shpike dhe zhvilloje demokracine e vet. Per mua ajo kryeveper eshte bibla e shqiptareve.
