Re: ONE FOR THE CYCLIST

Hi,

First, the investment banker was charged -however only with a
misdemeanor not with a felony; and the person he hit is alive - though
not in great shape.  (This is not an endorsement - in fact, we brought
this to the attention of our listeners on my radio show several times
and let people know there was a petition to sign)

It was infuriating because had he been charged with a felony it would
have HAD to be reported to the SEC and he would have lost his job.

I just wanted to set the record straight about the charges and the incident.
