Ah, but who says you can't have your cake and eat it, too? :) I've been riding a track bike around Seattle for a few years now and fell in love with the difference in a no-fuss, no-worry way to travel. And just built my first touring bike built off this concept! 2011 Surly Karate Monkey w/ all the bells and whistles...
