Re: Rights vs. Responsibility

During the winter the plows sand and salt the roads.  Once their done
its safe enough to go bicycling.  The snows melting on the sidewalks.
In town folks have the streets in ruts so its a bit unstable cycling.
Suppose to get colder so I plan to stay indoors for a few days.
Its not that bad winter cycling on two wheels in the rural landscape.
